1 1. How do I place an order?
2 Placing an order with our Jeebu is safe and easy.

(a) About Ordering
In the home page, click the restaurant, then select your favorite restaurant, then go to their menu, then select your favorite dish, then click to "Add to Cart" button. This puts the item into your Shopping cart and takes you to the Shopping cart page. Where you can view all items you have added to your cart and you can enter the No. of quantity and also, see the service charges and VAT. Then click the checkout box.

(b) Sign In or Begin Check out
When you are finished shopping, review your order on shopping cart page and then click to check out. You will have the option to login as a new user or a registered user as you begin the check out process. During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter the delivery details, payment modes, delivery time or suggestions and terms and conditions.

(c) Submit your order.
Before you submit your order, you will have the opportunity to receive a detailed order, summary, including you’re shopping and billing information, the products to be ordered, and the total order amount. When you are satisfied with it, click "Continue check out" to complete the check out process. We will process and delivery your order as promptly as possible.

5. When can I order my food?
6 For Lunch – You must order in between 9.00 am to 11.00 am.
For Dinner - You must order in between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

6. When will my order be delivered?
7 For Lunch- Between 12.00p.m to 3.00pm
For Dinner – Between 6.00p.m to 9.00 pm
Note: You can also order through phone *.

7. What type of communication should I expect once I have place an order?
8 Shortly after your place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. This e-mail will include your order confirmation number, order summary, estimated delivery date and time and other relevant information that you might find helpful regarding your account and how to track your order. And also we will confirm the order by telephone.

8. What happens if I do not receive an order confirmation e-mail?
9 Check all your e-mail account folders (especially the Spam files) Include Jeebu@Jeebu.com to your list of permitted senders. Login to your Account and check the order status or call to our customer care.

9. What happens when I encounter an error when placing an order?
10 If an error occurs during placing an order, do not attempt to click back, refresh or make another transaction. When our system detects a payment error, we will display or notification message and send you a notification e-mail with your order number or reference. You will be continued by our customer service personnel on 31000789.

10. How can I track my order online?
11 You may track your order status at anytime by signing in to your account online and selecting the order status option under My Account.

11. Can I make Changes to my order?
12 All orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We have no cancellation order policy.

12. Do I have to register to place an order?
13 Yes, you have to register to place an order. To register in Jeebu.com it only takes a two minutes.

13.Can I change my personal information, once I registered
14 Yes. You can change the personal information on clicking My Account and then edit your password, delivery address etc.
